3.5″ Single Board Computer (SBC) is a kind of small embedded board compliant with Embedded Compact Extended (ECX) form factor.

2.5″ Pico-ITX is a small SBC (Single Board Computer) form factor with the size of 100 mm x 72 mm.

Mini-STX is a form factor for motherboards with a small footprint (147 x 140 mm) which supports upgradable processors and offers various connectivity options. Mini-STX motherboards are ideal for use in small, energy-saving, and powerful computer systems.

Mini-ITX is the new compact standard motherboard form factor which is mechanically compatible with ATX motherboards. Kontron offers Embedded Mini-ITX motherboards with long life and many industrial features.

Micro-ATX or µATX is a standard form factor for motherboards. microATX boards are backward-compatible with ATX as the mounting points are in the same places and come with a full range of integrated peripherals.
