Executive Board

Philipp Schulz has been with Kontron since October 2022 and has been a member of the Executive Board since July 2024. As a member of the Executive board, he is responsible for the Aerospace/Defense division and the North America region. After completing his studies in Business Administration in Vienna, Philipp worked as a consultant and built his career at voestalpine AG, where he held various leadership positions over a period of more than 15 years. During his career, he gained extensive international experience, particularly in managing large-scale operations and implementing growth strategies in highly competitive industries.

Clemens Billek has been a member of the Management Board of Kontron AG since 2022. As CFO of the Kontron Group, he brings many years of professional experience in the fields of finance, capital markets as well as in legal, compliance, and risk management at listed companies. He also has experience in the digitalization sector as the founder of a telemedicine platform. He started his career at the stock exchange supervisory authority and as an investment banker at an international investment bank.

Michael Riegert was appointed to the Executive Board of Kontron AG in December 2021. He has worked in the embedded industry – as an engineer and manager – for more than 25 years. With one exception, he has spent his entire career at Kontron, where he has held a variety of senior management positions. Following his appointment to the management of Penta/ADLINK at the end of 2015, he became Executive Vice President for the APAC and Americas regions within the Kontron Group (then S&T) in 2017 and was appointed Managing Director of Kontron Transportation in 2019.

Dr. Martin Rausch has been a member of the Kontron Executive Board of Kontron AG since September 2026, serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, he is responsible for driving Kontron’s transformation and technology agenda and further strengthening the company’s technological development. Prior to taking on his current role, he served as Executive Vice President Cyber Solutions/Industrial within the Kontron Group. Before joining Kontron, Martin held senior management positions in internationally operating technology and industrial companies, including  Siemens Healthineers, General Electric und TGW. Martin brings more than two decades of international leadership experience in technology, operations, and industrial management to Kontron.
