ENVIRONMENTAL & CSR MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your duties

• Responsibility for environmental, health and safety management for all Kontron Europe GmbH sites
• Cooperation and coordination with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department of Kontron AG and responsibility for local implementation
• Maintenance and further development of the integrated management system
• Carrying out environmental impact assessments and risk assessments
• Content responsibility for various sustainability rating platforms
• Planning, conducting and following up internal and external audits
• Support of internal and external (authority) inspections
• Preparation of the Management Review
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects for process optimization
• Motivation and training of employees on the topics of environment, quality, CSR, etc.

Skills required

• Successfully completed studies in the field of environment, energy, resource management or comparable education
• Qualification as a quality management/environmental management auditor and/or other certification in the field of environmental management
• Knowledge of current ISO standards and environmental regulations
• Knowledge of current regulations in the area of sustainability and CSR
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
