At the field, or edge level, data is collected by industrial computers, e.g. by gateways, which process, filter, analyze and act on these data in real-time right at the device.

Edge, fog and cloud applications demand increasing computing power. The interfaces to sensors or machines often require non-standard solutions. Especially in smaller machines, space is limited or restricted in some dimension and need a special solution.

Today, the connection from the sensor device to the embedded cloud takes place via real-time data communication, on sensor and edge level - for example Industrial Ethernet or fieldbuses - and gateways , which provide the transformation of real time data into the informational area.

cPCI 3U AC 300W

The cPCI 3U AC 300W is a CompactPCI (cPCI) power supply module with wide-range AC input, delivering up to 300 W in a 3U form factor with 8HP width; it supports hot-swap, redundancy, and current share bus, fully compliant with PICMG 2.11.

The cPCI 3U AC 300W module offers a reliable, rugged AC-input power supply solution for CompactPCI systems used in industrial, telecom or defence environments. With its wide input voltage range of 90–264 VAC, strong output rails, and support for hot-swap and redundancy, it is ideal for high-availability systems. The format and build quality ensure full compliance with the PICMG standard and the robust design supports demanding operating conditions.
