The BL Pi-Tron CM5 from Kontron Electronics is based on the powerful Compute Module 5 and has been specifically developed for demanding industrial applications. Performance & Architecture
A key feature of the board is the M.2 B-Key slot with PCIe connectivity, allowing for flexible expansions. The high-performance interfaces are specifically designed for industrial settings and enable reliable integration. The memory configuration ranges from 1 GB to 16 GB LPDDR4-4267 SDRAM with ECC, as well as from 0 GB (CM5 Lite) up to 64 GB eMMC flash memory, with eMMC bandwidth reaching up to 200 MBps - significantly outperforming the Compute Module 4.
