The VME 6021 Full Size Chassis is a heavy-duty 19″ enclosure designed to host up to 21 six-unit VME or VME64 modules in an 8U rack format. Its modular build—consisting of a bin, fan tray, and high-density power supply—allows flexible configurations. Advanced cooling is managed by a microprocessor-controlled fan tray with adjustable fans and remote monitoring via Ethernet or serial interfaces. The high-performance switching power supply delivers up to 3 kW of ultra-low noise power while offering programmable protections, automatic voltage adjustments, and fail-safe mechanisms. Built for reliability and precision, this chassis suits high-demand instrumentation, data acquisition, and control environments.
