Kontron launches Electronics² Website: New platform bundles top 5 ODM/EMS offerings in Europe

Insight into the expanded portfolio for innovative electronics projects

Ismaning, Germany, August 12, 2025 – Kontron, a leading global provider of IoT/Embedded Computer Technology (ECT), engineering and manufacturing services, has launched the new website for its Electronics² service brand. The platform showcases the expanded ODM/EMS offering following the acquisition of KATEK and beflex and underlines Kontron's position as one of the top five ODM/EMS companies in the European market.

Under the Electronics² brand umbrella, Kontron offers a wide range of development services - from the initial idea to circuit and layout design, EMC laboratory services and product industrialization. Comprehensive manufacturing services are available for series production - for in-house, customer-specific and externally developed assemblies.
 
Global network for local requirements

With locations in Europe, Canada and America, Kontron pursues a consistent local-for-local approach: customers are supplied locally, while at the same time the global network can react flexibly - for example in the event of challenges such as supply chain disruptions or changes in customs regulations. The new website further promotes this local focus by making it particularly easy to find and contact the nearest location using an interactive location map.
