Der Uni Cooler wird mit Wärmeleitpaste und Schrauben geliefert, um ihn auf einem gewöhnlichen Heatspreader zu befestigen. Der Heatspreader muss passend zum ausgewählten COM Express® basic, compact oder mini Modul bestellt werden.
