3HE VPX PCI-Express und Ethernet Hybrid Switch
Der 3HE VPX PCI Express und Ethernet Hybrid Switch Kontron VX3905 ist der ideale Lösung für hohe Bandbreiten auf zentralisierten Backplanes. Er bietet bis zu 24 PCI Express Gen 1 / Gen 2 Ports für bis zu 32 Lanes und zusätzlich noch 9 Port Gigabit Ethernet switching für die Control-Plane. Im Vergleich zu VME bietet er für High Performance Embedded Computing Applikationen eine zehnfach höhere I/O Bandbreite zwischen den einzelnen Boards. Damit ermöglicht er eine neue Generation an leistungsstarken Radar-, Sonar- und Bildverarbeitungsplattformen. Der VX3905 ist sowohl in einer luftgekühlten Version (0°C bis +55°C) wie auch in einer durch Wärmeleitung gekühlten Version (-40°C bis + 85°C) erhältlich.
