We were proud to support the “Outdoor Classroom” project at Albert-Schäffle-Schule in Nürtingen with a donation. The open-air classroom creates a unique space for learning in a natural setting, bringing together education, sustainability, and community engagement. Projects like this matter deeply to us because they reflect the importance of forward-looking thinking and responsible action for future generations.
A high-efficiency solar installation with 365 panels on the roof of our Frickenhausen facility helps power our operations with renewable energy. Most of the electricity is used on site for production and EV charging, while excess power is fed into the grid. Generating around 160,000 kWh annually and covering nearly 40% of our energy needs, the system contributes to environmental protection and reduces our CO₂ emissions by approximately 64 tons each year.
Rather than exchanging Christmas gifts, we make annual donations to charitable organizations as part of our commitment to social responsibility. Through this support, we seek to improve the well-being of people in challenging circumstances and strengthen communities around us. With this year’s donation to Hospice Stuttgart, we support an organization that provides children and young people with serious illnesses and their families with compassionate care and support.
