1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, services, and offers provided by Kontron Hartmann-Wiener GmbH at both its locations in Burscheid and Stuttgart, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Contract Formation

Contracts are concluded by written confirmation from Kontron Hartmann-Wiener GmbH or by fulfillment of the order.

4. Services and Delivery

All services are provided according to individual agreements or order confirmations. Delivery dates are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Euro and exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.

6. Liability

Kontron Hartmann-Wiener GmbH is liable only for intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne. Should individual clauses be invalid, the remaining clauses remain unaffected.
