UEP 15 NIM Power Supply

The UEP 15 is a compact, plug-in NIM power supply delivering up to 150 W total output power across six regulated DC channels. It features linear regulation, integrated thermal protection, and optional remote monitoring via CAN-bus interface.

Produktinformationen

The UEP 15 is a modular power supply unit designed for use in UEN 04 and other non-powered NIM crates. With its compact front-pluggable form factor (2.5 NIM slots wide), it delivers six standard DC voltages (±6 V, ±12 V, ±24 V) stabilized by high-precision linear regulators. The outputs are routed through a rear-mounted NIM connector with standard pinout.

To ensure safe and stable operation, the UEP 15 integrates a DC blower for active cooling and features thermal shutdown as well as over-/undervoltage detection with automatic trip-off and front-panel LED indication. The power supply operates from a wide AC input range, selectable via internal transformer taps, and includes a soft-start function.

An optional CAN-bus interface allows for remote voltage monitoring and control via a 9-pin Sub-D connector. This makes the UEP 15 suitable for both standalone use and integration into more complex, remotely managed setups. The unit is ideally suited for laboratory, test, and research environments requiring stable, low-noise multi-channel DC power in NIM-standard systems.

Custom configurations (e.g., extended current ranges or mechanical variants) are available upon request to accommodate specific application requirements.
