Ruggedized IP65 outdoor server with Ethernet switch, 2 x PCIe expansion slots, built for remote environments including mobile towers, walls, or poles.

Kontron has designed a ruggedized, outdoor IP65 version of the ME1310 Edge Server Series – the RS1310. Built to withstand extreme temperatures and live in harsh environments, the RS1310 simplifies the deployment of new telecom and 5G services in remote areas. By mounting the heavy duty RS1310 server directly to a mobile tower, wall or pole and monitoring it remotely, operators can easily enable complex applications closer to the network edge.
