KDemo-16-NGeCall is a simple and easy-to-use demonstration device to quickly test and evaluate basic NG eCall functionality.

A high-speed 5G Kontron module is employed as NAD (Network Access Device) within the demonstrator.
KDemo-16-NGeCall is designed to test and analyze device approval and regular type approval aspects and features amongst others:

  • USB connection, external power 12V
  • Embedded configurable application for:
    • Automatic & manual eCall / Test eCall
    • NG eCall
    • panEU eCall
    • eCall only / dormant mode support
    • eCall stress test (loops)
