Lumia C16T

Lumia C16T is a high-density Combo subscriber blade that enables operators to deliver XGS-PON, GPON and 10GE point-to-point services from a single platform. Installed in Lumia T6 and T14 terabit chassis, the blade provides the service flexibility and density required for large residential, business and mobile-backhaul deployments.

Each of the 16 Combo ports can support XGS-PON, GPON or 10GE point-to-point connectivity. Four 25GE backplane interfaces connect the blade to the chassis switching fabric in a fault-resilient dual-star architecture. The blade supports 1:1 and N:1 VLAN service models, flexible VLAN remarking, multicast functions and three-level hierarchical QoS with L2-L4 classification, policing, queuing, scheduling and shaping. Its embedded network-processor architecture supports conventional and software-defined operation. A software upgrade can change the operating model without requiring replacement of the blade, helping operators protect investment and extend hardware lifecycle.
