Produktinformation
Der AL Pi-Tron CM5 der Kontron Electronics ist ein kompakter, leistungsstarker Box-PC für die Hutschienenmontage. Er basiert auf dem BL Pi-Tron CM5 Single Board Computer mit Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 und bietet ein robustes Edelstahlgehäuse für eine einfache Integration in industrielle Steuerungssysteme.
Leistung & Architektur
Ausgestattet mit einem Broadcom BCM2712 Prozessor, 4x Arm® Cortex®-A76, 2,4 GHz und bis zu 16 GB LPDDR4-RAM bietet der Industrie-Box-PC hohe Rechenleistung für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen. Der integrierte FRAM-Speicher sorgt für Datenintegrität und Betriebssicherheit, auch bei Stromausfall. Das System ist für den Betrieb mit Raspbian Linux ausgelegt; eine Vorinstallation des Betriebssystems erfolgt jedoch nicht ab Werk. Zudem unterstützt das Gerät HDMI-Ausgaben bis zu 4K sowie optionale Erweiterungen über Multifunktions-I/O-Module.
Kommunikationsschnittstellen
Der AL Pi-Tron CM5 verfügt standardmäßig über zahlreiche Schnittstellen: 2x Ethernet (1 Gbit/s, 100 Mbit/s), 2x USB 2.0 Host,1x 2.0 OTG zur Programmierung des eMMC, RS232, RS485, CAN 2.0B/FD sowie 4 digitale I/O. Optional sind WLAN, 2,4 GHz / 5 GHz und Bluetooth 5.0 verfügbar, was eine flexible und anpassbare Konnektivität ermöglicht.
