2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN可搭载商规级Intel® Atom® x7000E系列、Intel® Core™ i3 N系列与Intel® N系列（代号：Alder Lake N）处理器或工业级Intel® Atom® x7000RE系列（代号：Amston Lake）处理器；为了让处理器的特性发挥至极致，也分别提供商规级工作温度范围（0 °C ~ 60 °C）与工业级工作温度范围（40 °C ~ 85 °C）两种版本，可创造更多的应用可能性。

更高性效、更有智慧、更小尺寸

2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN采Pico-ITX尺寸规格，大小只比一张信用卡略大，但在图像与媒体处理能力上却展现与之呈现强烈对比的惊人能量，可透过位于板上的eDP接口与外部的DisplayPort与DisplayPort over USB-C端口，以每秒60格的速度支持三个4K屏幕；整合式图形处理器最多配置32个图形执行单元，可同时支持多个人工智能推论的工作负载，再加上Intel®深度学习加速技术等人工智能加速功能，使板子能够提供更快的人工智能推论性能；更重要的是，上述所有功能依搭载处理器不同，只需6瓦到15瓦不等的热设计功耗即可实现。

低延迟与更好的带宽利用

2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN搭载数个新世代的装置与接口，包括频率高达4800 MHz且支持频内错误修正代码（In-band Error Correction Code或缩写为IBECC）功能的下焊式LPDDR5内存、2个2.5 GbE高速以太网络端口和3个传输速度规格为SuperSpeed+高达10 Gbps的USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A和Type C端口，可达到系统内以及系统与外围装置之间的低延迟传输效果。此外，部份型号还支持Intel®时序协调运算（Time Coordinated Computing或缩写为TCC）技术与时效性网络（Time-Sensitive Networking或缩写为TSN）标准，可达到系统内以及以太网络环境下各系统间时间误差低于1微秒的实时性能。

更强固、更安全，可适应多种应用条件并抵御网络攻击

除了上述工业级处理器、工业级工作温度范围以及下焊式LPDDR5内存等配置外，2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN还拥有多个强固型规格特点，可强化系统对于来自环境与特定应用的外部干扰的耐受能力，例如在储存装置方面，采用同样是下焊式模块形式的eMMC，结合上述的下焊式内存，对于诸如撞击与震动等外界应力具有内在的耐受性；再者，它能够在直流电9 V至20 V的宽输入电压范围内有效运行，可适应不稳定的电力供给、电压突波或支持不同应用所需的各种电压要求。板子上还整合了一颗独立的TPM 2.0安全芯片，相较于韧体型的TPM，可提供一种更加安全的硬件层级的机制来管理用户身份验证、网络存取与数据保护。

有限尺寸，不显连接与扩充性的局限

尽管是小尺寸板子，2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN却不显其在连接性与扩充性上的局限感，除了一般常见的显示器、局域网络与USB端口外，透过板上的内部接头，为工业感测与控制等应用预留了2个串行端口与8个数字输入输出信道的接线接口选项；此外，还有2个接口分别为Key B与Key E的M.2扩展槽，可提供Wi-Fi与WWAN（4G或5G）无限网络链接，提高网络整合的弹性、增加额外的SSD储存容量，提升系统的可靠性与多功能性、或是扩充其他可能的应用功能。
