개발자의 AI 지원 시스템 구현을 돕는 스마트 IoT 솔루션 분야의 글로벌 선두 기업인 콘트론(Kontron)이 새로운 3.5인치 싱글 보드 컴퓨터 3.5"-SBC-AML/ADN을 출시했다. 이 제품은 시스템 개발자에게 자동화, 헬스케어, 스마트 시티 및 스마트 리테일 등 다양한 애플리케이션에서 콤팩트한 저전력 실시간 AI 지원 시스템을 구현할 수 있는 컴퓨팅 플랫폼을 제공한다.
3.5"-SBC-AML/ADN은 저전력 Intel® Atom® x7000RE / x7000E 시리즈, Intel® N 시리즈, Intel® Core™ i3 N 시리즈 프로세서를 기반으로 하며, Intel® UHD 그래픽을 통합해 4K 60fps의 고품질 출력을 지원한다. 이를 위해 2개의 DisplayPort 커넥터, USB-C 커넥터를 통한 DisplayPort 및 eDP / LVDS 콤보 인터페이스를 제공한다. 최대 32개의 그래픽 실행 유닛과 통합 AI 가속 기능을 결합해 여러 AI 추론 워크로드를 동시에 지원하고 더 빠른 AI 성능을 보장한다. 또한 모든 기능은 6 W ~ 15 W TDP의 저전력 설계 내에서 구현되어 전력 효율성이 뛰어나다.
3.5"-SBC-AML/ADN은 2개의 고속 DDR5 4800 MHz 메모리 모듈, 2개의 고대역폭 2.5 GbE LAN 포트, 3개의 10 Gbps SuperSpeed+ USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A / C 커넥터를 지원해 시스템 내부 및 시스템과 주변 장치 간 초저지연 통신을 달성한다. 또한 Intel® Time Coordinated Computing 기술 및 Time-Sensitive Networking 프로토콜을 지원해 시스템 내부 및 이더넷을 통한 시스템 간 1마이크로초 미만의 실시간 응답성을 실현한다.
경쟁 제품과 차별화되는 3.5"-SBC-AML/ADN에는 보드-투-보드 커넥터가 장착되어 있어 시스템 개발자가 도터 카드(daughter card)를 스택해 추가 I/O 포트 또는 기능을 추가할 수 있다. 콘트론은 다양한 범용 도터 카드를 제공해 개발자가 설계부터 시장 출시까지 시간을 단축하고 개발 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 지원한다.
3.5"-SBC-AML/ADN은상용등급버전외에도프로세서유형및작동온도범위(-40° C ~ 85° C) 측면에서산업용등급버전도제공된다. 또한 DC 9 V ~ 36 V까지의광범위한입력전압범위를지원한다. 보드에는 TPM 2.0 보안칩이별도로통합돼있어환경/애플리케이션별교란및사이버공격에대한대응능력을강화했다.
