초소형, 휴대용 AI 네이티브 시스템 실현 지원 글로벌 스마트 IoT 솔루션 분야 선도 기업 콘트론(Kontron)이 새 Pico-ITX 싱글 보드 컴퓨터 2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN를 출시했다. 저전력 실시간 AI 기반 컴퓨팅 플랫폼으로 산업 자동화, 헬스케어, 스마트 시티, 스마트 소매, 사무 자동화, 안전, 보안 등 각종 용도에 적용하여 초소형 또는 휴대용 컴퓨팅 시스템과 기기를 구현할 수 있는 제품이다.
상업용, 산업용 제품으로 구성
2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN은 상업용 Intel® Atom® x7000E Series, Intel® Core™ i3 N-Series, Intel® N-Series 프로세서, 산업용 Intel® Atom® x7000RE Series 프로세서로 구동된다. 프로세서의 기능이 더 잘 활용되도록 상업용 작동 온도 범위가 0 °C ~ 60 °C, 산업용 작동 온도 범위가 -40 °C ~ 85 °C에 달해 여러 용도에 투입이 가능하다.
설치 공간은 작아도 성능은 더 크게
2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN은 설치 공간이 신용 카드 정도에 불과하나 그래픽 성능은 대단하다. eDP, DisplayPort, USB-C 인터페이스를 이용한 DisplayPort를 통해 4K @ 60 fps 디스플레이 세 개를 구동할 수 있다. iGPU와 Intel® Deep Learning Boost AI 가속 기능에 실행 유닛이 최대 32개로 AI 추론이 더욱 빠르다. 또 모두 6 W ~ 15 W라는 TDP로 작동한다.
저지연과 실시간
2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN에는 고속 솔더링 LPDDR5 4800 MHz SDRAM과 고대역폭 2.5 GbE LAN 포트 두 개, 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A & C 커넥터 세 개가 장착되어 시스템 내부와 주변 장치 간 지연이 매우 짧다. 일부 형식은 시간 민감형 네트워킹(Time-Sensitive Networking)을 지원, 실시간 네트워크 응답도 가능하다.
더 견고하게, 더 안전하게
2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN은 솔더링 메모리 외에 솔더링 eMMC 스토리지도 갖춰 충격과 진동에 강하다. 입력 범위가 DC 9 V ~ 20 V로 넓어 전원 공급이 불안하거나 서지가 있거나 그 외 용도에 따라 전압 요건이 달라져도 거뜬히 대응할 수 있다. 이산 TPM 2.0 칩도 들어 있어 하드웨어 기반 암호화도 더욱 안전하다.
연결성과 확장성은 그대로
2.5"-SBC-AML/ADN은설치공간은작지만연결성과확장성은부족하지않다. 산업용감지와제어목적으로 COM 포트두개와디지털 I/O 채널 8개등배선인터페이스옵션이있고 Wi-Fi와 4G / 5G, SSD 등으로쓸수있는 M.2 슬롯이두개있다.
