3.5"-SBC-RPL 및 3.5"-SBC-RPH 는 13세대 Intel® Core™ U 시리즈 및 Intel® U 시리즈 프로세서를 기반으로 한 하이브리드 컴퓨팅 아키텍처를 탑재하고 있다. 이 아키텍처는 고성능 코어와 고효율 코어로 구성되어 있으며, 리소스 집약적인 작업은 고성능 코어가, 저전력 작업은 고효율 코어가 담당하도록 지능적으로 관리 및 최적화한다. 이를 통해 와트당 성능이 향상되며, 더 작거나 얇은 열 방출 솔루션을 채택하여 더 콤팩트한 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

유연성 및 다중 디스플레이를 위한 두 개의 비디오 I/O 구성

두 보드는 모두 후면 비디오 I/O 구성으로 서로 차별화된다. 3.5"-SBC-RPL에는 2개의 DisplayPort 커넥터가 있는 반면, 3.5"-SBC-RPH 에는 1개의 DisplayPort 커넥터와 1개의 HDMI 커넥터가 있어 여러 디스플레이를 연결하거나 다양한 디스플레이 유형에 걸쳐 유연하게 사용할 수 있다. Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics가 통합되어 8K 및 4K 해상도(60 fps)의 정밀한 영상 출력을 구현할 수 있다.

고급 인텔리전스 및 실시간 성능

3.5"-SBC-RPL 및 3.5"-SBC-RPH는 최대 96개의 그래픽 실행 유닛을 지원하여 AI 가속을 위한 고도로 병렬화된 시각 데이터 처리가 가능하다. 일부 모델은 두 개의 2.5 GbE LAN 포트를 통한 TSN(Time-Sensitive Networking)을 지원하여 시스템 내 및 이더넷을 통한 시스템 간 1마이크로초 미만의 실시간 응답성을 제공한다.

확장된 성능 및 기능

3.5"-SBC-RPL 및 3.5"-SBC-RPH에는 보드 간 커넥터가 장착되어 있어, 개발자가 추가 I/O 포트 또는 기능을 위해 도터 보드를 스택할 수 있다. 12 W에서 28 W까지 구성 가능한 TDP를 지원하므로 냉각 기술 및 사용 사례에 따라 시스템을 유연하게 설계할 수 있다.

더 견고하고 안전한 설계

3.5"-SBC-RPL 및 3.5"-SBC-RPH는프로세서및작동온도에따라상업용및산업용등급으로제공된다. 또한, DC 9 V ~ 36 V의광범위한전압입력을지원하여불안정한전원공급, 순간적인전압급등, 다양한전압요구사항에대응할수있다. 개별 TPM 2.0 칩이통합되어하드웨어기반의보안메커니즘을통해사이버공격으로부터더욱강력한보호를제공한다.
