The VXI‑D size 6021 Crate is a high-performance, D‑size (9U × 340 mm) VXI chassis offering 13 module slots in a rugged 11U enclosure.

Product Information
It provides up to 6 kW DC power, advanced cooling via a high-pressure fan tray, and full microprocessor-controlled diagnostics and remote monitoring.
The VXI‑D size 6021 Crate features a robust steel‑aluminum 11U enclosure with precise rail alignment and a monolithic 13‑slot D-size VXI backplane (J1/J2/J3) with active termination and automatic daisy-chain. A front-mounted fan tray delivers high airflow using six individually controlled, long‑life DC fans with speed and temperature monitoring, managed via a microprocessor and alphanumeric LED display—remote control is available via Ethernet. Its modular “Cavity‑VHF” power supply system offers ultra-low noise, programmable voltages and current limits, full protection circuitry, and up to 6 kW output in a scalable design. Overall, the crate is engineered for mission-critical test environments where reliability, serviceability, and high power density are essential.
