The PiXtend® V2 -S- ePLC® Pro is a programmable logic controller designed for use in industrial environments. The device impresses with its reliability, a wide range of robust industrial interfaces, and a high-quality DIN rail housing made of aluminum. An integrated retain flash EEPROM ensures secure storage of operational data and process values. The controller is ideally suited for demanding PLC applications and offers full support for CODESYS® Soft-PLC.
Performance & Architecture
The ePLC Pro version of the PiXtend® V2 -S- series offers a powerful control architecture with flexible expandability. It is designed for continuous industrial operation and supports both digital and analog I/O modules. The system features passive cooling and is engineered for stable performance in harsh industrial environments.
Communication Interfaces
The PiXtend® controller is based on the PiXtend® V2 -S- single-board computer and features numerous communication interfaces for integration into automation networks. These include serial interfaces such as RS232 and Ethernet. Expansion via Modbus enables easy connection of additional I/O modules, sensors, and actuators. All industrial I/Os are designed in accordance with the PLC standard IEC 61131-2 and offer protection against short circuits, reverse polarity, and overload.
