PiXtend® V2 -S- ePLC® Basic Pi 4

The PiXtend® V2 -S- ePLC® Pro Pi 4 from Kontron Electronics is a modern programmable logic controller based on the powerful Raspberry Pi 4. This device combines speed, reliability and versatile connectivity options in robust aluminum DIN rail housing. A 32-byte retain flash EEPROM ensures secure data storage, and the controller is ideally suited for CODESYS® SoftPLC applications.

Performance & Architecture

The PiXtend® V2 -S-ePLC® Pro Pi 4 is equipped with a Broadcom BCM2711, Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. The device features passive cooling in aluminum housing, ensuring stable operation even under demanding conditions. The single-board computer inside the enclosure supports modern industrial applications and can be flexibly expanded with digital and analog I/O modules.

Communication Interfaces

The PiXtend® V2 -S- ePLC® Pi 4 features a high-performance Gigabit Ethernet interface for fast, interference-free data transmission.
