The PiXtend® V2 -L- ePLC® Pro is a powerful PLC controller based on the Raspberry Pi 3 B+, specifically designed for industrial applications. Featuring robust DIN rail housing and high-quality connectors, it is ideally suited for machine and plant engineering. Comprehensive documentation and 3D models make integration into existing systems straightforward.

Performance & Architecture

The PiXtend® V2-L- ePLC® offers numerous digital and analog inputs and outputs, including relay and PWM/servo outputs. With industrial-grade connection technology and protection features against short circuits and overloads, the system is extremely reliable. Its architecture allows for flexible expansion using PiXtend® eIO modules via Modbus, making it easy to integrate additional sensors or actuators and customize them as needed. The controller is designed for installation in control cabinets or directly in devices, ensuring stable continuous operation even in demanding conditions.

Communication Interfaces

Diverse interfaces such as CAN, RS232, RS485 (Modbus RTU), Ethernet, and WiFi enable flexible integration into industrial networks and easy remote access. The number of inputs and outputs can be conveniently scaled using PiXtend® eIO. The controller supports programming languages including C, Python, and the Soft-PLC CODESYS®, as well as web visualization with CODESYS®.

The PiXtend® V2 -L- ePLC® Pro is ideally suited for device and machine engineering, plant construction, as well as educational purposes. Thanks to its modular expandability and numerous interfaces, the system can be flexibly adapted. Its six-fold PWM function enables direct control of drivers or servos without additional hardware.
