Menura is a next-generation repeater and DAS platform designed for mission-critical communication infrastructures. Built on a flexible SDR-based technology (Syrinx Platform), it enables the combination of multiple radio technologies within a single system and supports reliable operation in demanding environments such as tunnels, rail infrastructure, airports, and public buildings.
In addition to established PMR technologies such as TETRA and Tetrapol, Menura is designed for future expansion towards broadband and railway communication systems. Support for GSM‑R / FRMCS (FDD), LTE450, as well as PPDR frequency bands is planned, ensuring long-term investment protection and smooth technology migration.
Menura is engineered with a strong focus on reliability and lifecycle efficiency. Comprehensive redundancy concepts—including management, signal path, fiber, donor, and power supply redundancy—ensure continuous operation even in critical situations. The system can be deployed as a classic MU/RU architecture or as an Off-Air Repeater (OAR), depending on project requirements.
An integrated, browser-based OAM (Operation, Administration, and Maintenance) application enables centralized configuration, monitoring, and alarm management. This simplifies operation, reduces maintenance effort, and supports efficient service processes across single or multiple installations.
