Product Information
Lumia C8 makes next-generation fibre viable where a large chassis would be excessive. Its compact form factor and eight Combo ports suit MDUs, street cabinets, rural pockets and smaller access nodes, while retaining the service flexibility expected from a carrier platform.
Each Combo port can support XGS-PON, GPON or 10GE point-to-point connectivity, allowing one system to serve residential, business and enterprise requirements. Record-low power consumption reduces operating expenditure and supports sustainability targets. The programmable dual-nature architecture can operate conventionally or as a disaggregated pOLT with vOLT software in the cloud, protecting the hardware investment as the operating model evolves.
