Product Information

The KBox A-201, based on Kontron's SMARC-sXQU, is the latest Industrial Computer Platform of Kontron's KBox family.

The “wartungsfrei” design of the KBox A-201 includes a fanless, battery free and soldered memory (memory down) conception, which makes the KBox to the ideal all-lockable Industrial Computer Platform for the industrial environment.

Based on the Intel® Quark™ X1011 technology and the “wartungsfrei” concept , Kontron's IoT ready KBox A-201 increases the flexibility, serviceability and cost efficiency for various applications, such as industrial automation, communication or transportation, guaranteeing permanent operation.

Due to its compact design and several mounting options such as DIN RAIL, desktop or cabinet mounting you can install the KBox A-201 nearly everywhere. Also important for use in harsh environments is an extended temperature range (-40°C to 55°C) and shock resistance up to 15G.
