The KISS 2U features PICMG 1.3 and PICMG 1.0 single board computer or Flex ATX motherboard support and due to the flexible design provides Multi Core and PCI-Express-based solutions. In both the Flex ATX and PICMG1.3 designs, the KISS 2U server offers performance currently up to Intel® Quad Core Q9500 or Intel Core Solo Celeron 440, Intel 945GM Chipset, 533 MHz FSB and up to 4 GB DDR2 memory. Intel® Quad Core processors provide up to tfoer times the performance, when compared to the Intel® Pentium® M processors, at a given GHz clock rate and can be as low as 31 Watts.
