The KISS 2U short provides numerous customer options with an especially low installation height (88,90mm) and is extremely quiet (<35dbA), scalable, RoHS compliant, has long term availability all in a ruggedized platform.
The KISS 2U short supports Flex ATX and Mini ITX motherboard and due to the flexible design provides Multi Core and PCI-based solutions. In both the Flex ATX and Mini ITX designs, the KISS 2U Short server offers performance currently up to Intel®Core2 Duo T7400 or Intel Core Solo Celeron 440, Intel 945GM Chipset, 533 MHz FSB and up to 4 GB DDR2 memory. Intel®Core2 Duo processors provide up to twice the performance, when compared to the Intel® Pentium® M processors, at a given GHz clock rate and can be as low as 31 Watts.
