It extends the CML00 concept with more inputs/outputs and broader fan management, suitable for larger systems or denser control requirements.
The CML01 module extends the CML00 concept for larger or more complex systems. It monitors up to 24 analog channels (voltages, currents, temperatures) and supervises them via programmable thresholds. It also controls up to 9 fans in up to 3 groups, and can regulate main system power. With integrated Ethernet and USB connectivity, it offers remote access via web interface or SNMP. Optionally, a display module can be attached for local monitoring, and the module + adapter can be used in VME systems.
| Features | Board size: ~ 100 mm × 120 mm Analog inputs: 24 channels (configured as 8 voltage, 8 current-proportional, 8 temperature probe channels) Supervision: automatic threshold comparison (min/max voltages, currents, temperatures) with switch-off on violation Fan control & monitoring: up to 9 fans; on-board fan supply; regulation in up to 3 groups Control / switch: ability to switch main power supply on/off (if CML01 has external supply) Generation/detection: VME / cPCI RESET, ACFAIL signals Digital I/O: 14 TTL inputs, 16 TTL/LED outputs, 4 open-collector outputs Interface: Ethernet (10BASE-T / 100BASE-TX), USB (galvanically isolated) with integrated web server and SNMP support Networking: static or dynamic IP via DHCP Firmware / updates: via USB or Ethernet Optional display: alphanumeric display module connectable to show measured values and allow local configuration Mounting: CML01 + adapter can be inserted into VME slot (with adapter) Available in 3U form (CML01) or with adapter for 6U / VME usage |
