CML00

The CML00 is a modular controller for remote monitoring, measurement, and control (slow control) of electronic systems and power crates. It enables logging, supervision, and remote actuation of power, temperature, and system signals via Ethernet or USB

  • DSP-based real-time processing of measurements
  • Multicolored status LED for indication
  • Local or remote ON/OFF main switch (if powered externally)
  • Fan measurement and speed regulation for up to 6 fans in up to 3 groups
  • Programmable trip thresholds (min/max) for voltage & temperature

Product Information

The CML00 module is designed to provide remote control, monitoring, and logging capabilities to systems and power crates that may not already have embedded intelligence. It samples voltages, currents, temperatures, fan speeds, and status signals; compares these with programmable thresholds; and responds by issuing control actions or generating alarms. It supports networked access (Ethernet or USB) and integrates fan management, power control, and system supervision in a compact 3U, 8HP form. For crates using cPCI or VME-style power rails, CML00 can generate / detect reset or fail signals and switch power supplies on or off. The module also supports data logging and firmware updates.
