The 9U VME64x 6021 Full Size Chassis is a high-performance integrated crate system for 9U × 400 mm VME/VME64x cards, featuring robust mechanical design, microprocessor-controlled power and cooling, and advanced local and remote monitoring capabilities.

The Kontron Hartmann Wiener VME 6021 crate series delivers state-of-the-art performance for demanding data acquisition, control, and test instrumentation applications.
Its rugged steel–aluminum chassis features heavy-duty side plates, a monolithic 10-layer VME64x backplane, and flexible configuration options. The integrated UEL 6020 EX fan tray offers variable-speed cooling with precise thermal monitoring, while the modular UEP 6021 power supply ensures high efficiency and extremely low noise.
A built-in Ethernet interface enables comprehensive remote monitoring and control of power supply, fans, and temperature sensors. Options include mixed 6U/9U card cages, rear transition modules, up to eight temperature sensors, and advanced EMC/ESD shielding.
This system’s modular approach allows easy customization for high-current, low-ripple performance in mission-critical environments."
