Change in Management Board of Kontron AG
Kontron AG, a globally leading IoT technology company, announces that Dr. Johannes Fues, a member of the Executive Board, will step down from the Board at his request, effective March 31, 2025.
Dr. Johannes Fues, formerly CFO of the KATEK Group, has been a member of the Executive Board of Kontron AG since the acquisition of KATEK by Kontron in early 2024, overseeing the GreenTec division. The Supervisory Board has agreed to Dr. Fues's request to terminate his contract by mutual consent.
The Supervisory Board and Executive Board of Kontron AG thank Dr. Fues for his exceptional contribution to the now fully completed integration of the KATEK Group and the successful establishment of the GreenTec division, and they wish him all the best in the future. The responsibilities have been reorganized within the Executive Board.
