Quality Vision
For us at Kontron, quality management is one of the most important pillars of the company – but why exactly? "So that the quality of our products and services is right!" some might say. But whether "the quality is right" is not determined by us alone, but primarily by our customers. They determine whether our products meet their requirements, i.e., whether they are of high quality, or not. This includes the raw materials we use, the supply chains, sustainability, and, of course, support and service.
In QM, we don't just look at whether – bluntly put – every solder joint is perfect. We constantly question everything – for example: Do our goals align with what our customers want? How are our employees doing? Can processes be optimized? New technological challenges, changing legal conditions, and standards don't throw us off track, because we're always one step ahead.
