At Kontron, sustainability is more than environmental responsibility — it’s about shaping a future-ready organization driven by purpose, inclusivity, and strong leadership.
The Sustainable Leadership Academy (SLA) is our flagship development program designed to empower high-potential employees across the Kontron Group. With a strong focus on women’s leadership advancement, inclusive leadership, and sustainability management, the SLA equips participants with the knowledge and tools needed to lead effectively in a dynamic, tech-driven world.

Spanning 12 months, the program combines:
In-depth training in Kontron business strategy, ESG regulations, and sustainability practices
Mentorship opportunities with experienced leaders across the Group
Interactive workshops led by internal and external experts
Networking opportunities to foster collaboration across borders and functions
By cultivating a diverse pipeline of leaders, the SLA supports our mission to strengthen our corporate culture, retain key talent, and drive meaningful change in line with our ESG goals.
