Sustainable Development Goals

Kontron believes that diverse and inclusive teams positively influence the working environment, as well as products and services. The individuality of our employees and respect for their origin, age, gender and other characteristics are central components of our corporate philosophy.

By signing the CEO statement on the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), Kontron commits to gender equality and the promotion of women in the company culture, in the workplace, and through societal initiatives. All Kontron Group companies are dedicated to creating a discrimination-free work environment, ensuring equal opportunities, fair pay, and the development of all employees.

Empowering the Leaders of Tomorrow

Shaping a Future-Ready Organization

At Kontron, sustainability is more than environmental responsibility — it’s about shaping a future-ready organization driven by purpose, inclusivity, and strong leadership.

What is the SLA?

The Sustainable Leadership Academy (SLA) is our flagship development program designed to empower high-potential employees across the Kontron Group. With a strong focus on women’s leadership advancement, inclusive leadership, and sustainability management, the SLA equips participants with the knowledge and tools needed to lead effectively in a dynamic, tech-driven world.

What the SLA Offers

Spanning 12 months, the program combines:

  • In-depth training in Kontron business strategy, ESG regulations, and sustainability practices

  • Mentorship opportunities with experienced leaders across the Group

  • Interactive workshops led by internal and external experts

  • Networking opportunities to foster collaboration across borders and functions

By cultivating a diverse pipeline of leaders, the SLA supports our mission to strengthen our corporate culture, retain key talent, and drive meaningful change in line with our ESG goals.
