What does the application process at Kontron look like?

Once we receive your application, you will get a confirmation email. Our HR team reviews your documents and coordinates with the hiring department. If your profile matches, we invite you to a first interview- either online or on-site. A second interview and, in some cases, a small task may follow. We aim to provide a timely decision after the final step. 

Which documents should I include?

Please submit your CV along with relevant certificates and references. A motivation letter is optional but helps us understand your goals better. 

Can I submit an unsolicited application?

Yes, we welcome unsolicited applications. If no suitable role is listed at the moment, we will evaluate if there is an opportunity that matches your profile. 

Can I apply for multiple positions at once?

Yes. You may apply for several roles as long as your qualifications fit the requirements.
