Kontron was honored as a "Pioneer in Electronics" during a gala evening in Munich on March 30, celebrating Elektronikpraxis magazine's 50th birthday as well as the 21 most important electronics companies.

We are proud to have received the prestigious award "Milestone of Electronics" from German industry magazine ELEKTRONIKPRAXIS. We earned the Electronics Oscar in the "Embedded" category for our numerous innovations and active involvement in defining and establishing standards since the company's founding in 1959 by Branco Weiss.

The jury consisted of the ELEKTRONIKPRAXIS editorial team. With a combined experience of far more than 200 years as editors and journalists, they chose the winners according to two main criteria: outstanding innovations and developments in their area of expertise, and today's significance in their respective market segments.
