HMITR_R11 WXPE BSP

Note: using this BSP requires a solid knowledge about Windows XP embedded and
the Windows XP Embedded Design Suite!
This Board Support Package (BSP) supports the
Kontron HMITR for Windows XP embedded.
(see List of supported Kontron Boards and supported devices)
The BSP contains a SLD file which will be imported into the WXPE Database repository.
Additionaly the BSP contains demo applications and API's for HMITR specific devices
which are not included in the SLD file.

System Requirements:
Windows XP Embedded Design Suite
Import sld file
- Create an empty directory folder and unpack the WXPE_BSP_HMITR_R11.zip file in this directory.
- Open the WXPe Database Manager.
- Import the HMITR_R11.sld file into the Windows XP Embedded Database (for
detailed instructions please refer to SLDUserGuide.chm file).

Installing Sierra Wireless MC8790 driver:
In case you need to install the MC8790 driver there is a shortcut located
on the desk top. This will start the MC8790 install routine.
Note: the installing application will ask for a driver needed twice.
Browse to c:\Installs\SierraWireless\DriverInstaller2259\Drivers to locate the
the driver.

The FBA does not recognize the final backslash of a shortcut to a folder
created in the component designers resources "Add shortcut".
The shortcuts located under "Start/All Programs/Kontron/" RTC Control and
SMB Control must be modified manually after FBA run by adding a backslash
in the properties target.
