Kontron bietet erstmals ein SMARC-Modul mit bis zu fünf integrierten TSN-fähigen 1GB Ethernet-Ports direkt aus dem Controller an. Es erfüllt die Spezifikationen gemäß IEEE 802.1 TSN (Time Sensitive Networking) und eignet sich damit ideal zum Einsatz in Industrial-IoT bzw. Industrie-4.0-Systemen basierend auf Ethernet-Protocol-Standards. Es verfügt über einen NXP Dual Cortex A72 LS1028 Prozessor sowie eine 3D GPU im SMARC Short Size Formfaktor und ist bei industriellen Temperaturen nach Kategorie E2 zwischen -40°C und +85°C einsetzbar.
