Der FlatClient CTR ist speziell für Leitstände sowie für den Einsatz in Kontrollräumen geeignet und entsprechend der Schutzklasse IP 54 staub- und spritzwasserdicht. Die HMIs verfügen über ein besonders leichtes Metallgehäuse, das die Glasoberfläche mit schmalem Rahmen einfasst.
Dank des schmalen Rahmens wird eine übersichtliche Darstellung garantiert, speziell wenn mehrere Geräte nebeneinander, “in-line” angebracht sind, wie es beispielsweise bei Überwachungsanwendungen üblich ist. Zudem lassen sich die Geräte der CTR-Linie einfach an Monitorständern befestigen.
Mittels des LPC4-Controllers ist es via lokalem Netzwerk möglich, die Einstellungen z.B. für Helligkeit und Kontrast für einen oder mehrere Monitore gleichzeitig von einem Rechner aus zu steuern.
Kontron bietet standardmäßig die Displaygrößen 18,5 Zoll (mit einer Auflösung von 1366x768 px) und 21,5 Zoll (mit einer Auflösung von 1920x1080 px) an, aber auch andere Größen sind auf Anfrage realisierbar. Entspiegelte Displayoberflächen, die wahlweise mit PCAP-Funktionalität oder Schutzglas ausgestattet sind, garantieren eine gute Lesbarkeit auch bei schlechten Beleuchtungsbedingungen.
